Membership
JetStream Federal Credit Union is a
not-for-profit, cooperative financial institution, serving
its members since 1947 with a wide range of services
to meet all their financial needs. Membership is open
to anyone who lives, works or worships in sections of
Dade County, Florida, employees of the Federal Aviation
Administration, employees of select
companies and organizations and anyone who lives,
works or worships in Carolina, Trujillo Alto and San
Juan, Puerto Rico. As a member, you actually are an owner
of the credit union. You are entitled to vote in elections
held annually to fill positions on the voluntary Board
of Directors.
"Once A Member, Always A Member"
Once you join the credit union, you are
always a member, even if you leave your job, retire, or
move out of the area. As long as you keep your account
open, the full range of benefits are available to you.
Membership Eligibility
You are eligible for membership if you:
- You live, work or worship in Dade
County Florida
- You live, work or worship in Carolina,
Trujillo Alto and San Juan, Puerto Rico
- Are a relative of someone who is already
a Credit Union Member
Family Membership
As a member, you already know the many
benefits of belonging to JetStream Federal Credit Union.
Anyone related by blood or marriage is eligible to join,
So why not share the good news about YOUR credit union
with all your relatives! Bring the members of your family
in to become members of our credit union family. They all
have a special invitation.
How to Apply for Membership
Call our Miami Lakes branch at 821-7060
in Miami or 1-800-426-3556 nationwide to request a Membership
Application or download
a membership application.
Once received and completed, bring the
application signed and your valid form of identification
(Driver’s License, U.S. Passport or Resident Alien
ID and social security) to any branch office, or mail in
your application along with copies of your ID and a and
a check made payable to JetStream FCU (your initial deposit)
for $25.00, to us at:

Remember, if you are applying for a joint
account, both the primary member and joint accountholder
must sign the card where indicated.
