Effective March 23, 2020:

The JetStream Hialeah Hospital and Mercy Hospital branches remain open for hospital employees ONLY.  

Both hospitals have mandated limited access, only hospital employees with proper identification will be allowed to enter.

We are closely monitoring the latest reports from the CDC and federal authorities about the coronavirus. We remain focused on the health and safety of our employees and our communities, as well as our commitment to you, our members.

We recognize that some of our members may experience financial hardship as a result of coronavirus. If you have been impacted and are in need of financial assistance, please visit our Member Loan Assistance page.

Our branches:

Our branches are ready to serve you! Our branch teams have been educated on best practices as recommended by the CDC. We have increased our daily cleaning procedures and have made hand sanitizer readily available. Social distancing practices are encouraged. We may limit the number of persons inside the branch and if we do not shake your hand when you visit, understand we are thinking of your safety and truly appreciate your membership

Access to your accounts:

Access your JetStream account anytime, anywhere using Online and Mobile banking, where you can check balances, transfer funds, deposit check, pay bills, pay your JetStream loans and transfer funds to other people (P2P).

If you do not have access to online banking, our 24- hour bank-by-phone service is available in English and Spanish, at 305-821-7060 option 2.

Be Aware of Fraudsters:

During these times of uncertainty, there are always fraudsters looking to prey upon the public. Know that we will never call you to ask you for your online user name or password or full social security number. However, should you call the credit union and request information about your account, we will need to correctly identify you and may ask you for your social security or other personal information that will confirm your identity.   If you receive a call from us and do not feel comfortable, hang up and call our care center at 305-821-7060 option 1 to confirm.
