How to Apply for Membership
Joining JetStream Federal Credit Union is simple. You can apply online, in person, or by phone at (305) 821-7060 or toll-free at (800) 426-3556.
Steps to Complete Your Application:
- Online Application – Fill it out and sign it.
- Submit Your Documents – Bring your signed application, a valid government-issued photo ID (Driver’s License, U.S. Passport, or Resident Alien ID), and another form of ID to any branch.

Mail Option – Send your signed application, copies of your ID, and a $25 initial deposit check (payable to JetStream FCU) to:
